These terms govern your use of Nordic Roles (the “Service”), operated by Nordic Roles Oy, Helsinki, Finland. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What Nordic Roles is
Nordic Roles aggregates IT/tech job postings from companies' own career pages across the Nordics and presents them as filterable, English-normalized summaries with a link to the original posting. We are not the employer, a recruiter, or a party to any application or hiring decision. We link out to each employer's own page and do not host rewritten full descriptions.
We work to keep listings fresh and accurate but do not guarantee that any posting is current, complete, correct, or still open, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in uses a one-time link; keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are offered weekly (€3.99), monthly (€9.99), and yearly (€90). Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Payments and renewals are handled by Stripe. We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- EU right of withdrawal: as this is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting a paid plan you request immediate access and acknowledge you may lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the service has begun. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the Service; resell or redistribute our data; attempt to break security or access other users' data; or use the Service unlawfully.
Intellectual property & sources
The Service, its design and its compiled dataset are ours or our licensors'. Job facts (title, stack, location, language, salary where stated) are extracted from public postings and link back to the source. Trademarks and job content belong to their respective owners.
Company delisting & takedown
If you represent an organisation and want its listings removed, email legal@nordicroles.example. We operate a delist process: on request we hide the company's listings and stop re-ingesting them.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for hiring outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
