We are part of the SD MarTech & Sales Technology in Group Technology, working at the intersection of business, data, and technology to support Nordea’s digital sales ambition.     What we do:  Our role is to enable effective orchestration marketing, experience management and analytics across all customer channels. We focus on creating and optimizing simple, relevant, and personalized marketing, voice of the customer and analytics experiences that help customers discover and engage with Nordea’s products and services.     How we work:  We build solutions that bring together customer data, insights, and content to deliver meaningful interactions across channels such as mobile, online banking, and other digital touchpoints. By combining data with technology, we help ensure that the right message reaches the right customer at the right time—while continuously learning and improving based on feedback and performance.     Main responsibilities in this role:   You will own the infrastructure automation, pipeline orchestration, and deployment strategies required to operate and upgrade high-scale analytical workloads on GCP and Snowflake ecosystems  Scale CI/CD Pipelines: Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipelines and SonarQube to support continuous integration and deployment of data jobs, microservices, and models.  Infrastructure as Code: Design and maintain Ansible templates to ensure consistent infrastructure across cloud (GCP/Snowflake) and on-premises environments.  Scripting & Linux Expertise: Create and maintain deployment scripts leveraging advanced Linux systems expertise and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy) to automate complex changes  System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, scaling, and cost efficiency across our cloud and big data infrastructure – using Sysdig and Splunk.  Security & vulnerabilities management: Partner with security teams to enforce secure IAM, PAM, SSL certificates management and platform security controls, keeping our platform’ data foundation compliant.  DevOps Mentorship & Best Practices: Drive best practices in DevOps methodologies and help engineering teams adopt high-quality standards.    This role is based in Helsinki and we follow hybrid model of working (60 % onsite).    Who you are      This is the right role for you if you:   Take ownership of platform quality, drive continuous improvement, and work well across engineering and business teams Platform Collaborator: Experience aligning software development, data engineering, and infrastructure in Agile environments Automation Advocate: Passionate about eliminating manual processes through reliable platform tooling Systems Thinker: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex network, IAM, or compute issues across hybrid environments Clear Communicator: Able to translate infrastructure complexity for business partners and domain leads Are curious about how AI can change the way software is built     Your background and skills include:   Infrastructure as Code (IaC): 4+ years of hands-on experience writing Ansible for onprem and cloud infrastructure management Cloud Platforms (GCP): Strong operational experience with core GCP services, including IAM, GKE, RDS and networking/VPC routing. GCP certification is highly regarded Container Orchestration: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD & Version Control: Expert-level mastery of Git, Groovy and Bitbucket, with deep experience designing branching strategies and Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries Big Data & Cloud Transition: Solid understanding of both legacy big data ecosystems (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive) and modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) Security Knowledge: Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities and secure development practices, and knowledge of Sysdig secure, SBOM, vulnerabilities elimination cycle Observability Stack: Hands-on experience configuring monitoring, alerting, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)  (good to have) Operating Systems & Scripting: 5+ years of advanced Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python)    What we offer      Collaboration.
