Technology Advisor / Tech Lead – Microsoft stack

About the role Novanet is expanding its advisory practice and is looking for an experienced Technology Advisor or Tech Lead. You will help organisations make sound technology decisions and turn complex initiatives into practical direction. What you will do Clarify needs, constraints and priorities with stakeholders Facilitate workshops and decision processes Support technology leaders and cross-functional teams Advise on technology strategy, architecture and delivery Improve collaboration, team structure and ways of working Who we are looking for Experience from software development, technology leadership or advisory work Background as Tech Lead, Team Lead, Architect, Product Manager or similar Strong customer-facing communication and facilitation skills Ability to create clarity in complex environments Motivation to learn Norwegian over time What we offer A senior advisory and engineering environment Employee ownership and dedicated development budgets Five weeks of vacation, 6% pension and strong insurance coverage Total compensation typically around 1–1.2 MNOK Hybrid working with normally one to two office days per week Applications are reviewed continuously.
