Just nu söker vi Underhållsingenjörer till vår nya Batterifabrik i Torslanda där du kommer vara en del av en spännande resa där vi tillsammans arbetar i en snabb global miljö.    Vad vi erbjuder Våren 2026 startade vi VCT:s Batterifabrik. Detta är en nytänkande och spännande arbetsplats med stora möjligheter i att utvevkla samt att utvecklas vilket kräver kunniga och engagerade medarbetare.   När organisationen står klar under 2026 kommer Shop engineering bestå av cirka 35 Produktionetekniker, Process specialister och Underhållsingenjörer. Samtliga roller kommer arbeta tillsammans i olika forum och team för att driva utveckling och resultat framåt.   Tjänsten är förlagd på dagtid och ingår i IF Metalls avtalsområde. Vad du kommer att arbeta med Som Underhållsingenjör i Batterifabriken kommer du övertid att förvalta och optimerar batterimonteringens maskinpark. Du kommer att samla in driftrelaterade uppgifter utifrån data och analys samt säkerställa maskinernas prestanda och även utveckla utrustningarna i linje med morgondagens teknik. I din roll kommer du att arbeta med förebyggande underhåll (FU) som optimerar utrustningen utifrån resurs och tillgänglighet samt avhjälpande underhåll där du tar fram felsökningsdokument och reparationsdokument. Du kommer att utveckla och optimera våra styrsystem, förbättra cykeltider, standardisera PLC program. Du kommer även att utveckla medarbetare både inom Underhåll och Produktion.       Andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter: Säkerställa behov för kommande investeringar. Analysera, ta fram korrigerande aktiviteter samt skapa handlingsplan inkl kostnadsberäkningar för optimerande tillgänglighet till en värdeskapande nivå för ansvarsområde. Ansvarar för att ge input till standarder och projektspecifikationer för underhållsrelaterade områden och delta som underhållsexpert och i förekommande fall driva/initiera riskbedömningar. Ta fram utbildningsbehov inom ansvarsområde tillsammans med arbetsledning. Arbeta mot fabrikens visioner och uppsatta mål. Kravställande mot utrustning för kommande produktprojekt.   Dina kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper Du har en teknisk högskolekompetens eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet inom specialkompetensområden inom PLC och Automationsteknik. Du har mycket god kunskap om produktionsprocessen så väl som underhållsprocesserna. Vi ser också att du har god kännedom om VDM-processen (Value Driven Maintenance Process).   Du ska ha kunskap inom: Siemens styrsystem (TIA portal, WinCC advanced eller WinCC unified) Hårdvara så som frekvensomformare, servodrifter och komponenter från andra OEM:er. Kommunikationsgränssnitt och MES system Förståelse inom säkerhetsprogrammering Maskindirektivet och relevanta standarder styrsystem   Vidare har du goda kunskaper i både engelska och svenska, både muntligt och skriftligt. Du har en god användarförmåga gällande Officepaketet, särskilt i Excel. Du har kännedom av underhålls- och dokumentationssystem, med fördel Maximo. Meriterande är att du har kunskaper av rotorsaksanalyser.   Som person trivs du med att ha ett arbete som är händelsestyrt, är van att prioritera om och anpassar dig lätt till olika situationer som uppstår. Personligen har du lätt för att kommunicera med andra och att anpassa ditt budskap i dialog med andra. Som person är du en sann lagspelare som med ett både ödmjukt och inlyssnande sätt får andra att känna förtroende för dig. Du är logisk i ditt tänkande och har en lösningsfokuserad förmåga som hjälper dig att hitta nya vägar att lösa problem eller att ta ett beslut när det behövs. Som person lägger du alltid ett stort fokus på hög kvalitet och leveransprecision i allt du tar dig för.   Nyfiken på att veta mer?
