About the Role  To further develop and scale our tech platform, enabling us to continue improving the banking experience for entrepreneurs, we are expanding our tech department. As a Backend Developer at Froda, you will be part of a cross-functional team working in one of our product areas — either developing features for our partners, improving our credit systems or maintaining our loan and payments core. For each team, the idea is to continuously deliver customer value as well as to improve the technical structure to make sure our systems are stable and healthy. Together with your team, you will design, build, and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions that directly impact our customers. We believe that you are an experienced and curious developer who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about building scalable solutions with real impact. You enjoy working closely with other skilled and open-minded professionals and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You are a pragmatic problem solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are fluent in English, Swedish is a plus. We believe that you have experience of: At least 4 years in a similar role, ideally within product-focused teams Programming in C#/.NET with a solid understanding of modern software design principles Working with SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments Cloud platforms such as Azure (or other major providers) Agile methodologies and best practices in software engineering, including testing, CI/CD, and DevOps mindset Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and microservices architecture is a strong plus What’s in it for you?  At Froda, you’ll be part of a company that combines the best of both worlds – a fast-moving, high-energy culture with the stability and structure to support long-term success.
