Vi søger en engageret IT Support Specialist, der trives med både brugersupport, drift og lokale IT-projekter, og som motiveres af at levere stabile og effektive IT-løsninger til forretningen.   IT-support og drift i et globalt produktionsmiljø Som IT Support Specialist bliver du en del af den lokale IT-funktion med ansvar for at understøtte produktionen i Ballerup. Du vil være den primære kontakt for lokale brugere og sikre, at virksomhedens IT-systemer, udstyr og services fungerer optimalt i hverdagen.   Du får en bred rolle med ansvar for både 1st level support, administration af lokale IT-miljøer og deltagelse i globale IT-initiativer. Samtidig bliver du en vigtig sparringspartner for forretningen og bindeled mellem lokale behov og globale IT-processer.   Din arbejdsplads bliver i Ballerup, hvor du samarbejder tæt med medarbejdere i produktionen samt kolleger i den globale IT-organisation. Dagligt vil du referere til vores IT Manager, som dagligt sidder i Polen. Da denne stilling er lokal i Danmark, vil du dagligt også have en værts-manager i Danmark.  Dine primære opgaver vil være: Yde IT-support til lokale brugere og sikre professionel håndtering af incidents og service requests Administrere brugerkonti, adgangsrettigheder, lokale servere og netværksressourcer Installere, konfigurere og vedligeholde computere, printere og andet IT-udstyr Koordinere indkøb af hardware og software samt understøtte onboarding af nye medarbejdere Bidrage til stabil IT-drift og sikre levering af services i henhold til virksomhedens IT-processer Deltage i lokale og globale IT-projekter samt samarbejde med relevante interessenter og leverandører   Din profil Du har højst sandsynligt en IT-faglig baggrund og en del års erfaring fra en lignende rolle, hvor du har arbejdet med IT-support, drift og administration. Du har en god teknisk forståelse kombineret med en stærk forretningsforståelse og evnen til at omsætte behov til konkrete løsninger.   Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring med:   Windows OS Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Cisco-netværk Microsoft Office-pakken Support og administration af brugere og arbejdsstationer   Som person er du serviceminded, ansvarsbevidst og struktureret. Du tager ejerskab for dine opgaver og følger dem helt til dørs. Du trives med en hverdag, hvor ingen dage er ens, og hvor du skal samarbejde med mange forskellige interessenter.
