ISAC System Engineer

Interact with and guide 3GPP delegates Expert knowledge of Integrated Sensing and Communication, radar or radio-based sensing — ideally including monostatic/bistatic/multistatic sensing geometries and joint communication-and-sensing (JCAS) waveform considerations. Sensing systems depth: object detection, tracking, target measurement (range, Doppler, angle) and sensor fusion. Signal processing for sensing: detection and estimation, clutter and interference handling, and tracking filters. RAN and telecom system architecture, and how sensing functions map onto 5G/6G RAN and core structures. Practical experience in one or more of the following: sensing workflow management and measurement control, distributed processing and multi-client exposure of sensing results, data management and API-based system integration, antenna and array understanding and its consequences and link budget and coverage analysis. Turning complex business, customer, use-case and regulatory needs into system requirements. Strong systems thinking: seeing relationships across technical domains and communicating them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
