Fullstack Developer / Technical Advisor – .NET and React

About the role Novanet is a specialised technology consultancy with deep expertise in .NET, architecture and advisory services. You will work with experienced colleagues and recognised Norwegian customers on complex technology challenges. What you will do Develop modern backend and full-stack solutions with .NET, C# and React Advise customers on architecture, technology choices and delivery Work with Azure, DevOps pipelines and modern engineering practices Take responsibility in customer-facing teams Contribute actively to knowledge sharing Who we are looking for At least three to four years of professional development experience Strong .NET and C# skills Experience with Azure, DevOps and modern JavaScript frameworks Commercial understanding and confidence in customer dialogue Motivation to learn Norwegian over time What we offer A highly experienced .NET environment Employee ownership and dedicated development budgets Five weeks of vacation, 6% pension and strong insurance coverage Total compensation typically around 1–1.2 MNOK Hybrid working with normally one to two office days per week Applications are reviewed continuously.
