IT project manager (SAP)

Job description Randstad Digital are now looking for a senior SAP-project manager for one of our clients in the Medtech industry. They are undergoing a strategic transformation and to support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager (SAP) consultant to lead and coordinate critical activities within the transformation. This full-time assignment requires close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure a structured transition while maintaining business continuity and operational stability throughout the transformation. The duration of the assignment is approx. one year. Responsibilities Drive and coordinate SAP-related activities within the separation program, working closely with enterprise IT leads and teams under the SAP operating model. Partner with IT/Digital Transformation Leadership and SAP Governance bodies to align on key decision-making processes. Facilitate change and transformation across matrixed, geographically dispersed international teams. Ensure seamless business continuity and operational stability across the SAP landscape during the project. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: A Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Science, or equivalent. SAP Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex SAP projects in global environments. Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives and maximizing resources across internal and external environments to meet program goals.
