ICT Engineer OTA

Experience working for a telecom operator or in RAN infrastructure, field engineering, integration, deployment, or test-network operations. Hands-on experience with telecom OTA installations, radio equipment, antenna systems, fibre, cabling, power, and site infrastructure. A good understanding of mobile-network architecture and radio-access solutions. The ability to read, create, and maintain network documentation and implementation plans. Confidence working independently and driving activities from planning through delivery. Certification and experience in mast climbing or rooftop work, including relevant safety procedures.
