Such as but not limited to new melting technology implementation, optimization of melting and fiber forming process, troubleshooting, driving process/energy optimization, , product quality compliance. which contributes to the efficiency of production, machinery and environmental control system according to business and regulatory requirements. Well executed planning, Coordination, on-site support as per business requirements; with focus on ensuring continuous employee training and development collaborating with all the factories to pursue sustainable capacity, efficiency improvements and cost reductions. Responsible in promoting company values and maintaining safe and healthy working environment
